Thanks for checking out my service information page. My home page includes pictures of some of my favorite faces. Real people, real paintings by Llarita. If you would like to put some "WOW" in your next event, I hope you will call or e-mail Llarita for a quote.
Llarita works Southside Indianapolis (east or west) or Northern Johnson County. I have other workers for other locations . No adult parties, but adults can be painted at kids parties.
The usual charge is $100
for the first hour and $50 an hour for any additional hours. Special pricing for more than 3 hours, more than 2 workers, and special pricing for non-profit events** (only Greenwood or south side Indy considered for these special non-profit events).** For multiple bookings (ie: at least once a month) special pricing considered. Last minute bookings will be considered, if available, at reduced rates.

While I am unable to donate my time and materials for free (there are
just too many fantastic causes that I want to support),
I will consider several options for charity events:
~
Discounted Hourly (free
for patrons): I can offer you a discounted hourly rate since it is a
fundraiser. This would mean that my payment would come out of
your budget, but you could choose to sell tickets for whatever price
you choose to regain some of that cost.
~ Guaranteed minimum fee - charge or tips to patrons but minimum amount agreed to goes to the painter, rest to the charity.
Great calling card for grand openings, kids day, special employee family parties, church and school parties.
When requesting a quote, be sure to provide: (By e-mail or phone)
Date of event (weekdays M - F special pricing)
Time of event (daytime hours (9am - 5pm) )
Location
Your phone number, address, e-mail address,
Number of Children to be painted,
Number of Adults to be painted,
The occasion. and theme if you have one.
An associate will get back to you by the next business day.
If the date and quote are acceptable, your date will be held for one week.
You have until the end of a week to place your 25% deposit**, otherwise your date is not reserved.
On or before the day of and prior
to the start of the event, payment of the balance is required in cash
or company check, unless otherwise arranged. Please be sure someone
at the event knows about and gives this payment to me or one of my associates.
Please note that no work will begin without final payment.
